Here is a compilation of my favorite no-bake desserts and snacks for summer. You will find a variety of energy bites, granola bars, chocolate cups, freezer fudge, cheesecakes and more. All of these recipes don’t require any baking. The mug cakes will require a microwave, though you will have a delicious cake topped with ice cream, while using minimal heat. Some recipes with chocolate also require a microwave for melting. Otherwise, you won’t need any heat at all.
