Happy Christmas Eve Eve!
Here it is, a compilation of all my holiday desserts! I hope you find some inspiration for last-minute Christmas treats or even last-minute gifts?! Suggestion: fill a beautiful box with a loaf of pumpkin bread, truffles and cut-out cookies, then add a gift card for your friend/relative’s favorite restaurant! You could even add a copy of your favorite cookbook in there. It’s the ultimate foodie gift.
Now enjoy these Christmas desserts, plus a new recipe at the end. 🙂
Easy Holiday Truffles
I posted these truffles earlier this week and they’re the perfect addition to your holiday feast! They’re probably the healthiest and easiest truffles you’ll ever find. They’re made from only 3 ingredients, then rolled in beet powder, coconut flour or cocoa powder to give them a festive look.

Dark Chocolate Mint Truffles
More truffles! Those are almost as easy and SO tasty! It’s like eating a healthy version of Thin Mints, without all the added sugar. Add a dark chocolate drizzle and you’ve got yourself a fancy bite-sized holiday treat.

Chai-Spiced Cut-Out Cookies
A different version of the classic gingerbread man. These cookies are perfect for dipping in hot chocolate or in your morning coffee or tea. Sweetened with dates only and made with spelt flour, they’re healthy AND fun to decorate. They would make a great gift with my Dark Chocolate Truffles.

Pumpkin Bread (Gluten-free, No Added Sugar)
This pumpkin bread has to be one of my all-time favorite recipes. Everyone loves it and you could never tell that it’s gluten-free or sweetened with dates only! Try it and you’ll know what I mean. It would be a great addition to your Christmas brunch!

Easy Date Caramel Pecan Pie
Now this is probably the most popular recipe on my blog. It’s SO easy. Top this Caramel Pecan Pie with coconut whipped cream and pecans for a healthy, yet fancy dessert!

Creamy Sugar-Free Hot Chocolate
You can’t eat a Christmas cookie without enjoying a steaming cup of hot chocolate. This sugar-free version pairs perfectly with my cut-out cookies! It’s better (in my opinion) than any sugar-filled hot chocolate. And it doubles as a great glass of chocolate milk when chilled in the fridge. I haven’t tried adding any alcohol in this drink, but that could definitely be an option. 😉

Rudolph Nutella Donuts
If you follow me on Instagram or if you liked my Facebook page, you might of seen the recipe for my Rudolph Nutella Donuts. However, I never shared it on this blog. So here it is, the recipe for my healthy vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free Rudolph Nutella Donuts. Trust me, you need to serve these donuts at Christmas.
If you try this recipe, make sure to tag your photo #unsweetenedcaroline on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter! Don’t forget to also tag me @unsweetened.caroline on Instagram so I can see your creations!
