Yogurt Fruit Cups FAQ:
To ensure that this recipe is entirely gluten-free, make sure to use certified gluten-free oats.
I make this recipe using my favorite plant-based yogurt. Feel free to use your own favorite yogurt. I do recommend using thicker yogurts, such as Greek yogurt or plant-based Greek yogurt. One of my favorites is Maison Riviera oat-based yogurts. They have a Greek option, but I enjoy their oat vanilla the most, which still has a thicker consistency than their coconut yogurt.
I don’t recommend preparing the entire recipe in advance as the yogurt will add too much moisture to the cups after being stored for days. Instead, I recommend preparing the cups and storing them in an air-tight container in the fridge or freezer. Serve them with yogurt and fruit just before serving.
