Notes
I love preparing my wraps with vegan mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, shredded cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes and pickled banana peppers. Use your favorite fillings. The liquid smoke is important to add a bacon-like flavor. You can try it without if you can’t find it, but I highly recommend it.The tofu bacon is not meant to be crispy. It’s lightly soft with some crispy edges. You can cook it longer for a crispier tofu. The “bacon” marinade is inspired by Rainbow Plant Life’s tempeh bacon.
