Vegan salted maple hot cocoa, made in the blender! This cozy drink requires only a handful of pantry ingredients and less than 5 minutes of preparation.
Is September too early for hot cocoa? I hope not because there’s really no season for cozy drinks in my book. Luckily I live in Canada and I can get away with drinking warm beverages most days of the year.
If you’re looking for something different to sip on this fall, then I highly recommend trying a hot cocoa made in the blender.
This recipe is made with cocoa powder, maple syrup, sunflower seed butter (or other nut/seed butters), hot water and a pinch of salt. That’s it! Just throw all the ingredients in a blender, blend for 10-20 seconds and you’re done! You’ll have a warm, frothy and delicious cup of hot cocoa.
Looking for more cozy drinks? Check out my pumpkin spice latte, cinnamon butterbeer latte, blender mocha cashew latte, vegan London fog tea latte, coconut blender matcha, vegan peanut butter hot cocoa, peppermint mocha or blender almond hot cocoa. There are many warm drinks to choose from over here.
