Simple chocolate chip peanut butter energy bites made in one bowl in under 15 minutes. These energy bites are sweetened with maple syrup and require no food processor!
Energy bites without dates or a food processor! These are my first date-free energy bites and they are GOOD.
While I do love date-sweetened energy bites, I do love maple syrup and recipes that require less cleanup. Think one bowl and a few measuring cups. That’s it!
All you need to do is measure the ingredients, throw them all in the same bowl and stir to combine. You can then form 10-12 little balls and you’ll have a kitchen stocked with the best little snacks.
Not only are these delicious, but they also contain nourishing ingredients, including peanut butter, flax seeds, oats and almond flour. You’ll get a little dose of fiber, fats and protein with every bite. And yes, they contain sugar, which should not be feared. These bites are perfect for a quick morning snack, hiking snack or a little something sweet after a meal.
