Ingredients
1/2cupnutritional yeast
1/2cupolive oil
1/4cuplow-sodium soy sauce
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
1/4cuptahini
1/4cupwater,or more to thin
3mediumgarlic cloves
Instructions
Add the garlic to a strong blender and blend for a few seconds to chop.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend until creamy.
Notes
Store the dressing in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week. Use it in your favorite salads.You can use a neutral-tasting oil if preferred, such as avocado oil.
