Notes
I love making this wrap with naan. You can use store-bought vegan naan if you can find it. If you're feeling ambitious, I highly recommend making this homemade naan recipe. I make 4 larger portions instead of 8 smaller naan.I love using more delicate leafy greens, but kale does work well too if you enjoy more texture. Make sure to massage the kale to make it more tender. My go-to is mixed greens, but Romaine is a good one.You can use store-bought vegan Caesar dressing or your favorite Caesar dressing. If you have extra dressing, I recommend serving a small salad on the side.
