Add the watermelon, strawberries, lime juice and date (if using) in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

For easy blending, add the watermelon at the bottom of the blender. When blended, they'll liquify and will help break down the frozen strawberries. Use a blender stick if needed.As this is a simple recipe, the freshness of the ingredients will make a difference. In-season fruit will be sweeter and will result in a better, sweeter smoothie. If the fruit isn't as sweet as you'd like, feel free to add a date or liquid sweetener to taste.
